We are seeking a skilled and experienced Shopify Developer to join our team. As a Shopify Developer, you will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying our Shopify websites, from layout to function and according to our clients’ specifications. You will work closely with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and will play a key role in the success of their online stores. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Shopify development and has a strong understanding of ecommerce best practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

Designing and implementing Shopify websites based on client specifications
Collaborating with clients to gather project requirements and provide effective solutions
Developing custom Shopify themes and templates
Modifying existing Shopify themes to ensure they meet the client’s branding and functional needs
Conducting thorough QA testing and troubleshooting to fix any bugs or issues
Providing ongoing support and maintenance for Shopify websites
Staying up-to-date on the latest Shopify features, trends, and industry best practices

Requirements

Proven experience as a Shopify Developer or in a similar role
Proficiency in Shopify liquid template language and theme customization
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Understanding of e-commerce best practices and user experience design
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients and team members
Attention to detail and the ability to quickly troubleshoot and solve coding issues
Experience with responsive and mobile-first web design
Knowledge of SEO best practices for ecommerce websites
